Location :
That cenote is located two and a half (2.5) kilometres
south of Puerto Aventuras.
Facilities :
There are changing rooms and two
(2) washrooms on site.
Snorkeling :
You will be able
to see tree roots growing through the rocks and to reach the water. Also
not to miss, the abundance of species of fresh water tropical fishes and birds.
Cavern :
You will start your dive in the cenote Chikin Ha and make
your way to the nearby cenote Rainbow where you
will see spectacular light effects on a sunny day. The halocline is at thirty-three (33) feet and the maximum
depth is sixty (60) feet.
Cave : For the cave divers, Chikin
Ha is part of the Ponde Rosa cave system. Many
dives can be planed. Ask your guide
to get the best of those caves.
